Pastore•Ryan prepared a Needs Assessment to determine the current and projected needs of the District based on the year 2020 build out of Northstar.
Understanding a clients needs are critical to the success of any project.
With the escalating costs of building and energy it is important to plan appropriately. A Needs Assessment documents the need for a project and arms the design team and client with the critical information and perspective. Both of which are vital for sound decision making.
Sections of the report include and introduction; EIR review; a needs assessment; site programming; administration programming and interviews with administrative staff. Pastore•Ryan team worked closely with the staff and board members to assess and analyze their needs, make recommendations for solutions, and propose recommendations for the district to meet the community needs of the future.
